It took me 4 tries to get it with this set up so it's still not 100% guaranteed win but better than 100% failure (20+ times losing). This is the only reasonably safe spot to boost but only if you're not in the inner-most lane or you'll lose it on the lane changing bridge. I boosted on the second lap just as the car was hitting the first long hill up after the jumps.
This car cannot beat Fighter straight up, boost is required. #Yakuza 0 circuit racer build trial
I had this same build after a bit of trial and error and this worked on my 2nd try. As with other races some lanes may be more prone to ejection than others - I didn't watch closely enough to figure out which was the "bad" lane to be most on guard against in turn 1.
Right after winning my car flew off the 1st jump on its victory lap. By lap 2 I passed him, and he didn't catch up on laps 3 or 4 even with his better top speed. This build lags behind Fighter in Lap 1 until he hits the grass. I was trying to get some weight on there (for stability and to help lower jump height) without porking up so far that my acceleration got killed - that meant losing the Stabilizer and its 25.0g heft.
